These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of Vibe Atelier's services, available through our website and directly through our team.

1. Terms of Service By accessing and using Vibe Atelier’s services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. In addition, when using these particular services, you shall be subject to any posted guidelines or rules applicable to such services. Any participation in this service will constitute acceptance of this agreement.

2. Intellectual Property Rights Other than content you own, which you may have opted to include on this Website, under these Terms, Vibe Atelier and/or its licensors own all rights to the intellectual property and material contained in this service, and all such rights are reserved.

3. Restrictions You are expressly and emphatically restricted from all of the following:

• Any selling, sublicensing, and/or otherwise commercializing any service material.

• Publicly performing and/or showing any service material.

• Using this service in any way that is, or may be, damaging to this service.

• Using this service in any way that impacts user access to this service.

4. User Content In these terms and conditions, “User Content” shall mean any audio, video, text, images, or other material users choose to display on this Website. With respect to User Content, by displaying it, you grant Vibe Atelier a non-exclusive, worldwide, irrevocable, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, adapt, publish, translate, and distribute it in any and all media.

5. Privacy Policy Registration data and certain other information about you are subject to our Privacy Policy. Through your use of this service, you consent to the collection and use of this information (as set forth in the Privacy Policy).

6. No warranties This service is provided “as is,” with all faults, and Vibe Atelier expresses no representations or warranties, of any kind related to this service or the materials contained on this service.

Return & Refund Policy

At Vibe Atelier, all payments for projects, workshops, and consulting sessions are final and non-refundable. We require full payment upfront to secure a spot in our sessions or to commence work on projects.

Cancellations of consulting sessions must be made at least 48 hours prior to commencement to be eligible for rescheduling. Workshops require cancellation at least one week in advance if rescheduling is needed. No refunds will be given under any circumstances, including no-shows.

Should you initiate a chargeback after attending, no show, non-completion of a project, workshop, consulting session, or once a project has begun, or after the cancellation period has expired, be advised that Vibe Atelier will contest this action rigorously. We work for the good of all, by agreeing to our projects you take precious time from others looking for help, and expect to be paid for our time. We will seek full reimbursement for any additional charges incurred, including legal fees and administrative costs. Initiating a fraudulent chargeback is considered a breach of contract and will lead to legal action for the recovery of the original sums plus any associated costs.

Your commitment to a session or project with Vibe Atelier implies an understanding and acceptance of these terms, confirming your responsibility for full payment regardless of the outcome.
